Thursday, July 31, 2008 Labels: fun, habit, health 0 comments eversince i discovered my capacity to carry out the fitness activity without fatigue, i became an addict. a certified fitness addict....but the one thing i like most about working out is... it also helps me SLEEP BETTER!
having much adrenaline to utilize....i tried the now so famous sports popularized by pacquaio...boxing! it promotes self-discipline, self-esteem and create skills in self-defense... PLUS...each session, one can burn up to 1000 calories for about an hour. Not bad at all! that is the exact reason why a lot of people now are into this type of sport.
it is very exciting. a totally different experience.it gives an adrenaline rush.the session consists of skipping rope,abdominal exercises, shadow boxing,speed ball, hitting the mitts and the bag.WHEW...!
if you are focused. ,hard-working,determined, have an insatiable hunger to improve yourself physically and continue to evolve in every aspect of your life. BOXING is for you!
